MeEt the Tutors

Hola! I am Jessica Goll, and I am a 21-year veteran of teaching Spanish.  The bulk of my experience has been with levels 1 and 2 Honors in middle school, but I have also taught at the elementary level (k5-5) and tutored through level 3.   I majored in Spanish at Centre College and studied abroad on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.  I enjoy traveling throughout Latin America, not only for the culture but for the language immersion.  I have traveled to Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Panama, both with students and with family.

Hola, I am Liz VanDommelen. I have taught Spanish for 15 years in Illinois and South Carolina. I have most of my experience with 3rd grade-level 1, but I also taught college Spanish (level 101), as well as some high school. I tutored extensively throughout college in Spanish, as well as other topics. I gained a love of languages as a child through travel and continued that in college by studying abroad in Costa Rica and Mexico and then taking my own students to both Mexico and Panama.
